Return Policy
- Return Shipping Costs: The cost of returning item(s) is the customer’s responsibility.
- Free Shipping Orders: If the returned item(s) were part of our "Free Shipping Special," the original shipping cost (which was offered for free as a courtesy) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Free Gift Promotions: If the returned item(s) were part of our "Free Gift Special," the gift must also be returned. If the gift is not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGES:
- Customer Responsibility for Exchange Shipping Costs: The cost of returning item(s) for an exchange, as well as the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you, is the customer's responsibility.
- Exchanges Due to Errors or Defects: If you receive the wrong product due to an error on our part, or if the item has a defect or quality issue, we will happily cover all shipping costs. We will provide a pre-paid return envelope to send the incorrect or defective item back, and we will ship the replacement to you at no additional charge.
