RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
At PROVENCE DECOR we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return the item(s) for an exchange or refund.
- Please, notify us of any return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- In the package, please include a little note saying it is a website return/exchange (in case of an exchange, please let us know what you want to exchange for), your full name and order number.
- All item(s) to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed and properly folded.
Shipping Costs for Returned/Exchanged Items:
RETURNS:
- The shipping costs for RETURNING item(s) are responsibility of the costumer.
** If RETURNED item(s) was part of our "FREE SHIPPING SPECIAL", shipping cost for returning the item(s) are responsibility of the customer and the original "shipping cost amount" (offered for FREE as a courtesy) will be deducted from the refund amount.
** If RETURNED item(s) was part of our "FREE GIFT SPECIAL", gift should be returned as well, or gift cost will be deducted from the refund amount.
EXCHANGES:
- The shipping cost to ship the item(s) back to be exchanged as well as the shipping cost to receive the new one(s) are responsibility of the costumer.
If a wrong product(s) is received (due to a mistake from our part) or if the product had any problems or defect, we will gladly send a self- stamped envelope to have that product(s) sent back to us and we will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the replacement to customer.
