SHIPPING INFORMATION
Shipping Policy:
- All orders within the U.S. will be shipped by UPS ground, FedEx ground or US Postal Service Priority Mail.
- Standard Shipping charges for each order are based on the total weight of your purchase and location.
- For Express Shipping, please contact us for special shipping rates.
- All orders are shipped within 1-3 days (When the office is closed, shipping date will be announced on the Website)
- Most orders will arrive within 2 to 5 days after being shipped but we can't guarantee delivery dates since each service has their own delivery system. We will provide you with a tracking number.
- During Holiday Season delivery time might be a little longer so try to place your order in advance.
PLEASE NOTE:
For protection, all shipping costs include INSURANCE and TRACKING NUMBER:
1) If an order sent to a customer is not received and it is marked as "LOST" by the carrier, we will file a claim to have their Insurance pay for the lost item(s) and another item(s) will be sent to customer to replace it.
2) If an order sent to a customer is not received and it is marked as "DELIVERED" by the carrier, we can't file a claim with their insurance and we are not responsible for stolen item(s) after delivered.
If needed, it is the customer responsibility to email us requesting extra services (signature confirmation,etc.) before placing the order and any extra charge(s) are responsibility of the customer.
For any other special request, please contact us so we can try to accommodate your needs.
International Shipping Services:
If your destination is not included in our International Shipping System, please e-mail us at: [email protected] your full address so we can add it to our International Shipping Database.
Provence Decor is not responsible for any extra charges such as Customs Fees, Taxes or Local Post Office Handling Fees that each Country might charge as the product arrives to its destination.
Shipping Costs for Returned/Exchanged Items:
- Shipping Costs for returning item(s) are responsibility of the costumer.
- If the returned item(s) was part of the "FREE SHIPPING SPECIAL", Shipping Costs for returning item(s) are responsibility of the customer and the original Shipping Cost amount (not charged due to FREE SHIPPING SPECIAL) will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Shipping Costs for exchanging item(s) (shipping cost to send the item to be exchanged back to us and the shipping cost to receive the new one) are responsibility of the costumer.
- If a wrong item(s) is received (due to a mistake from our part), we will send a self stamped envelope to have that item(s) sent back to us and we will be responsible for the Shipping Costs to send the right item(s) to customer.
